1. Definitions

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

hero4d is required to verify the identity of all users to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and prevent fraud. You may be required to submit the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (Indonesian KTP or passport)
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months)
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document

Failure to provide requested verification documents within 30 days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account. hero4d will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to maintain adequate security measures.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.2 Withdrawal Process

To request a withdrawal from your hero4d account:

1. Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed).

4.4 Fees

hero4d does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

5.3 Bonus Abuse

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

• Bets are settled based on official results at the end of regular time unless otherwise stated.
• If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets may be voided or carried forward depending on the specific sport and competition rules.
• For live betting (in-play), odds change rapidly. Your bet is accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation.
• Statistical corrections or overturned results after official settlement will not affect already-settled bets.

6.4 Errors and Malfunctions

• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one account per person.

• Software Exploitation: Using bots, automated systems, or exploiting software vulnerabilities.
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting odds discrepancies across platforms for guaranteed profit.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing persons under 21 to access or use your account.
• Offensive Conduct: Harassing staff, other users, or engaging in abusive behavior.

hero4d employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and works with industry partners to identify and prevent prohibited activities. Users found violating these terms will be reported to relevant authorities where appropriate.

8. Limitations of Liability

8.1 Service Availability

8.2 Financial Liability

hero4d's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of our services is limited to the amount of funds in your account at the time of the incident, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

hero4d integrates with third-party payment processors and game providers. We are not responsible for the performance, security, or privacy practices of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and conditions.

8.4 User Responsibility

You accept full responsibility for your gambling activities on hero4d. Gambling involves financial risk, and you may lose money. hero4d provides responsible gaming tools, but ultimately, you are responsible for controlling your gambling behavior.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 User-Initiated Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure:

• All pending bets will be settled according to normal rules.

• Active bonuses and associated wagering progress will be forfeited.

9.3 Self-Exclusion
